Hi, 

I am applying to fellowship currently, and the eligible date is 02 June 2016. I did my Special OPS on the 1st of June, and I followed all the steps (filled the report and the enforcers sent their feedback). 

Today I surprised that my Special Ops is canceled for no reason !
