Since then she made an intention to share meditation with the world and has been practicing for over 30 years.Ping Ping offers habit development workshops that go along with her guided meditation and develop a foundation for a happy and healthy lifestyle.

It was amazing the deepest experience till now it started with thoughts I used my mantra to calm my mind then it was balanced, no thoughts, no emotions, at the end my mind resisted coming back to open my eyes it was so deep it took me time to open them. I had trouble to sleep so I meditate, it was so relaxing and calming, visualizing my mind like a moon diving in the sea never failed to calm me down after a long stressful day
Focused on the light at the center of my body providing every cell with light and peace. I Felt heat. It was warm and soft. Refreshing. I can feel how the air I breathe deeply fills every cell with the energy of life and reaches thoroughly the centre of my body.
It was a great first experience. I felt I was cleaning my body, from the top of my head to the end of my toes. I inhaled bright light and exhaled dark smoke from my stress and tension
I was super stressed but meditation gave me the relief I needed, there were random thoughts in my head and I felt a little physical discomfort at first, then everything improved I was more concentrated and with small moments of stillness and peace, again I could not visualize but If I connected with the mantra a little stronger this time.
I learned that when I want to make my body strong, I should move. And when I want to make my mind strong, I need to stop. All the techniques taught during the retreat were so useful for me, thank you!
I have changed my mornings & I meditate every morning & sometimes at night. And I’m very grateful to you for showing me how. It’s a habit now.
It was amazing. It was an unusual time just after work but I could release my stress and start going further in meditation. I liked counting down and also felt a small dot becoming light and warm sun that heated the soles of my feet.
I felt calm, free, I hardly took a breath. It felt like time stopped. It was a blessing.
