I had been asked to upload passport and photos after the completion of 15 days' IPT. But, yesterday, when I made some minor changes somewhere in my fellowship application form, the data of passport and photos disappeared. The 'potential' remark also replaced by 'pending'. Please let me know what is the problem.

This is done by mistake. ie changes made in application form after the due date. Please consider the previous application data before changed.
