Save my place now!Explore the path to the true self within!
It was my first retreat. I went without any expectations, simply trusting the Universe. Everything that happened to me there felt like the unreality of reality—something long forgotten, airy, as if my heart was finally settling back into its rightful place, bringing with it a sense of calm, warmth, and peace. I experienced firsthand what it means to meditate for an entire hour and feel like only minutes have passed. I used to not understand how one could be both completely focused and completely relaxed at the same time. Now, that state is accessible to me. I am already looking forward to new practices, and I continue my meditation journey with the same open heart and without expectations—something I wish for everyone reading this. The phrase 'peace in, peace out' has found its true meaning in my life. I am deeply grateful to the organizers for the miracle they give to their participants. My biggest wish is that this retreat experience could touch the lives of people all over the world. So, I invite you all to take part!
The retreat was excellent! Thank you, everyone, so much for putting this together 🙏 thank you, LP John, for your continued guidance, and thanks to all the staff behind the scenes for providing everything else 😊.
For me, the inner peace that came over me during the retreat was the trigger to start meditating daily afterwards. After about eight weeks of daily meditation, the first tangible changes occurred. Thanks to meditation, I experience a general sense of contentment, an inner peace, a feeling of "it is good as it is"; a kind of trust in life, too, "what is meant to be will come my way." I enjoy life, from an inner peace and harmony that were previously unknown to me. My tendency to worry excessively has stopped, and I can observe my emotions more from a distance without being overwhelmed by them. Today, I am reconnected with myself and feel, and I also follow my inner voice. Within our society, according yourself a moment of mental silence every day is not an unnecessary luxury, but it is a necessity to avoid losing yourself in the rat race of life, and on the contrary, it supports you in becoming the best version of yourself. For the benefit of yourself and those around you.
The retreat exceeded my expectations! It was also very affordable! I plan to do more in the future 😃.
I really loved the week-long retreat! For me, it was a perfect combination of guided meditations, wisdom talks, and Q&A sessions with the monks. I felt this week helped me deepen both my practice & my understanding of the practice even further, plus I made great new friends!
It exceeded my expectations. I felt so good from this retreat. Exactly what I needed.
I had never done a retreat before, and meditation was still quite new to me — and honestly… it was amazing. I felt so well afterwards, both mentally and physically. [...] What was intense for me as a beginner was meditating four times a day for about an hour. That was quite a jump from my previous weekly class. I managed it — but I needed naps, and lots of them! It was challenging, yes — but not too much. And I’m so grateful I could go through it at my own rhythm.
