Back Problems - How To Meditate Without Pain

Hello

I started a few days ago and I'm loving it!

However, I have really bad back problems and find it hard to focus or meditate when sitting up straight. What are my options? :/

Any suggestions?

Does it hurt when you are meditating sitting on a chair? Sometimes it helps if you put a pillow right under your coccyx to feel it above your butt. Do not sit on the pillow, though, just fold it and put your coccyx on it, this way you give a little extra support to your back.
