Busy Day Tomorrow

It all starts off with, of course, IPT first thing in the morning. Then off to Sakya Monastery to teach class- 'Fundamentals of Tibetan Buddhism'. Also there later, we are celebrating the birthday in abstentia of one of our young lamas in training, HE Asanga Vajra Rinpoche and a little bit later, some people are taking refuge in the Buddha, formally announcing that they are to become practicing Buddhists. Our lama, HH Jigdal Dagchen Sakya, will conduct the ceremony. I will be there to assist and answer questions from them.
Heading home, I will get ready for my first Special Ops. Our family will gather for guided Peace Revolution meditation. I guess you couldsay it will my introduction of PIPO to the people who are closest to me. You can't go do Special Ops out there in the big old world without having first included your family, can you? :)
At 6 PM, I will teach a meditation to a group of at risk youth in a live in facility. I hope to hold a Special Ops there in a few weeks.
Whew, busy!

All good you say but only a part of it is about Peace Revolution. Why post this?

I say, 'All of it is about Peace Revolution and Peace Revolution is about all of it!'
We can't be Peace Rebels and stop living who we are. We need to find a way to incorporate all we are learning on the cushion and bring it with us into the world.
Daily meditation has energized me so incredibly and has enriched my life.
Keep meditating and spreading loving kindness and compassion as you move through the world.
Peace In Peace Out!
