Regarding the first tip, I think of the center of my body several times a day, especially when I wake up. It has been a great and rewarding exercise, that helps me renew and be conscious of this warm and happy feeling during all day long :)

It's very nice that you try the exercise. We call it "meditating when our eyes are opened". This will help you preserve our inner peace between meditation sessions and you don't need to restart every time you close your eyes and meditate.
Nice tips and stilling a human mind is so hard!! I have been following time tips and doing it during my time of travel or in office. I can feel some change, not sure how to term it. I am totally relaxed in office now days.:))

Thanks for the tips. Today I was "meditating with opened eyes" for many parts of the day and then my meditation session was a healing experience! It really helps to feel and keep the connection with the center. I am really enjoying this!

Please can someone clarify the practice of meditating with open eyes? I am very interested in it!
We meditate with our eyes closed, we sit down, relax, close the eyes and connect with our center While doing other things ( like working, commuting, talking to people ) we can bring the mind to the center, be mindful, keep a clear and pure mind It is one example of meditating with open eyes
Hi, I can feel the center of my body but sometimes I lose, My biggest problem is with the position of the legs which put me to sleep, what I can do?????

You can sit on a chair of course if sitting on the floor hurts your leg. Loosing the center is OK as you are still new to meditation. It's like when you were learning English, you might sometimes accidentally speak some Spanish words, which got mixed into the sentence. The only thing I can say is "practice makes perfect".

well i have few day in this and today I feel something strange, I put my mind in a deep black something like space until I can see little white point like star, I this space I feel comfortable, sometime I lose my concentration but was a good experience.

Being in the space and observing a white dot is a very good experience. But you shouldn't expect for it as if you could still enjoy watching the sky during the night whether or not the full moon is shinning. By developing this contentment, your meditation will be continuously improved. I'm sure about that :)
