
IPT Challenge
About a month ago I went to a meditation weekend. Enjoyed it. It wasn't earth shattering but I did feel a little more peaceful and self-aware after the weekend. Vowed to meditate every day for at least a month to see what would happen in the real world. In the confines of a weekend retreat it's easy.I've done pretty well, done every day except 2 I think. Usually about 15 mins a day.
The challenge is I haven't found any difference in myself. Now I don't except complete inner peace over night, but I thought with a month I would make some progress, but don't feel I have.
Any thoughts? Platitude-free responses especially appreciated :)
