I am on my second week of meditation. It was my curiosity that made me sign up for Peace Revolution. At first, I only wanted to try it and I was not really committed to finish the program.
But after the first meditation, something in me changed.
Working full-time and studying at grad school at the same time is indeed stressful. Most days, I feel like my mind is working too fast and too long. Having stumbled upon Peace Revolution and starting to practice meditation, I now have time to relax. And it feels good!
My experience is so amazing that I am sharing this to my friends.
