That is wonderful. I think it is so important to do, especially after a long day at work. Too often are people stressed out after work. If only they meditated, even just for a few minutes, this would benefit them and others. I know my father would often come home from work in a bad mood and he would take it out on family members. I will suggest meditation for him to be more tranquil and peaceful towards the people he loves.
