Meditation Beginners :)

Hello people, I want to listen from you Is it easy to turn off thoughts on my mind during meditation time because i get a bit distracted. Advise me.

Dear Nada , From my experience I had the same however;

  1. just be patient try meditation everyday ...2) let the thoughts come and go. 3) focus on your breath or mantra , visualizing an object or any technique which is easier for you, 4) And pay attention to the present moment....trust me u will live to cultivate happy days ………………….good day

Hi Nada. i want to say you that your brain has to think of course. because it is its work. Meditation is not mean ''you must not think''

The most easy way concantrate on one thing. Only one thing. It is maybe your body, it is maybe some point on the wall and etc.
