Hello, 
I have submitted a proposal for online Special Ops and it is now "approved", however, I never heard from the instructor who would be guiding my Special Ops, so I'm not sure how to get in touch with him or her and I am not completely sure I can confirm that the session is happening to my participants.  
Please advise.
