Gundega discovered meditation in 2017 to recover from burnout. She is passionate about philosophy, self-development, intercultural exchange, and creativity. In 2024, she obtained a meditation trainer certificate from the World Peace Initiative training in Thailand. Especially, she would like to thank Johnson Mboussa from the WPI for supporting her first meditation session in Latvia. Now, she is sharing meditation with others to connect with like-minded people and help them find inner peace.
