As everyone will be practicing mindfulness, it's best to avoid using electronic devices like mobile phones, laptops, and tablets. This will help create a more focused and serene environment for all.

Additionally, please note that our retreat is not set up to support individuals dealing with psychological issues or those with mental health illness diagnoses. It's also essential to recognize that meditation can have different effects for each person.
