Hello,

I have been trying to submitt and online special op before april 8th, i tried for february but did not have any response and then i tried for beggining of march and i had a response the day before at midnight and the time was changed, so i could not organized. Now i am proposing my online special op for april 3 monday at 11 am mexico time, and i hope it can be in spanish, i need to have this special ops before april 8th so i can be eligible for the international fellowship in thailand.
