Aged 29, Théophile TCHEGNON is a true symbol of ambition and passion. He demonstrated commitment and show great passion in everything he does as a bilingual young professional. With a background in accounting and finance, his journey into personal development and entrepreneurial leadership began early in his career. Highly collaborative, empathetic, and understanding, Théophile's performance transcends his role within a team. His commitment to excellence is deliberate and unwavering. Currently pursuing his thesis in Business Law, Théophile holds a professional master's degree from the Faculty of Economics and Management (FASEG) at the Polytechnic University of Abomey Calavi, specializing in Accounting, Audit, and Management Control. Eager to refine his leadership skills, he joined JCI Cotonou Soleil where he assumed leadership roles, notably as Project Director  and Director of Masters of Ceremonies. His dedication was further recognized as he spearheaded significant projects, including JLE-BENIN 2024. Passionate about personal development, Théophile also serves as Secretary General at VIC-AFRICA, where he also leads the Abomey-Calavi Peace Club. As a coach in personal development, entrepreneurial and leadership, he continuously seeks growth and learning opportunities. Théophile's commitment to self-improvement is reflected in his certifications, including Meditation, Mindfulness, and BetterMe Coach. His international certification on peace and personal development in Asia underscores his global impact.
