The current style of life reclaims the shift of awareness towards new therapeutic experience of mindfulness and meditation. Scientific researches with success stories already prove it's efficiency. Meditation is not a panacea. Thus it is a simple tool for yourself done by yourself to work on health issues, stress, self-confidence, discipline, success and many more. It might seem too easy to be effective but sometimes simplicity is complexity solved. Instead of spending time and money in search of something one can start with sitting down, closing the eyes and following these simple techniques. Ieva Ugne Ulianskaite studied meditation directly from Thai Monks whose main activity is to practice meditation. Besides being qualified as meditation instructor by Dhamakaya meditation school, she is a part of an international meditation project carried by NGO "World Peace Initiative".
