Dalia is a certified meditation and Mindfulness trainer. She was born in Egypt. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical science . She completed a Master of Business Administration. She started as a healthcare quality specialist in a hospital. She is passionate about improving the quality of health . She started practicing meditation with WPI in 2020 and found how it can achieve balance and increase quality of life .She found that meditation is a tool to help her in discovering herself , clarify mind ,decrease anxiety so feel peace and happiness . She believes that once one feels peace and balance can radiate peace and positively affect the world .
