Be optimistic, and radiate your positive energy… Aseel Nassar was born in Kuwait on 17th of September 1983. She has graduated with a Bachelor Degree in 2006 from University of Jordan, School of Rehabilitation science as Physiotherapist, where she is working as a Lab supervisor after doing a post graduate program in Italy for 18 months. Since 2013, she has the interest in meditation, for that she participated in Self Development Programs in Thailand by World Peace Initiative, which helps her to practice meditation in daily bases, introduced her to mindfulness, and emphasized her to bring this practice into every activity in her daily life that led her to feel the effect of meditation and mindfulness on the personal level as well as on the professional level. In 2015, she won an international fellowship to participate in 2 week intensive training course. Then she invited to take another intensive course in order to become a certified meditation, mindfulness & self-development trainer. Since2017, she has been a Peace Coach Coordinator and Project Coordinator for Middle East region under the umbrella of World Peace Initiative, which gave her the responsibility to be a peace builder in her region in addition to do some projects, which support building the inner and outer peace. Throughout her journey, she dedicated herself to others in MENA region by guiding meditation sessions, being speaker in conferences to talk about scientific evidences related to meditation and its effect on our minds, and conducting many self-devolvement workshops about stress management, handling big emotions, finding work life balance, developing successful habits and cultivating the positive thinking in all aspects in our life in Jordan, Palestine and Kuwait. She is mainly targeting, youth in schools and universities, employees and trainers in companies, ministries and organizations, children and women in refugee camps, and different group of patients like diabetic, multiple sclerosis and geriatric populations. She strongly believes that a promotion of a culture of peace starts through the practice of meditation and mindfulness with a self-development on the individuals, which will help to clear their minds and be mindful in the present moment. In addition will lead them to the inner peace that helps to know themselves and understand the people around them, and regenerate from within a more positive attitude, to live a life with full of happiness and joy.
