As a human being, life is not always easy, because it is made of challenges. In 2012, when I graduated in English from Benin University, West Africa, my future was unpredictable. I had passion in Journalism and this drives me to a local radio where I started doing a part time job. With my Master Degree in English, I could also teach English in some secondary schools. Yet, I was not really happy and need more to meet my life goals. My life went so for about 3 years, when I had the chance to be introduced to meditation. Since, my first inner peace session, I never stop meditating and my life always keeps on improving. For this reason, I have dedicated my whole life to serve people and to help everyone discover the wonder of the mind that turns everything right when life is quite challenging. I found out that our body and mind need to be in harmony for our existence to be completed. With meditation, I have been able to change my condition through becoming a certified mindfulness trainer. I traveled in many countries and train about 500 people in personal development, meditation and mindfulness practice. I have created many community projects that are impacting the live of young people in my country and in Africa. Thus, I can now and always be happy and take life as it comes with gratitude, love and passion.
