Agnija is a certified meditation and mindfulness trainer, a writer and a peace activist. Having gained a Masters degree in Communication Science, she spent three years teaching English in Egypt, Latvia, Morocco, India and China. In 2015, she became actively involved in the World Peace Initiative Foundation and Peace Revolution; this opened her eyes to a happier and healthier life thanks to a daily practice of meditation. Since then she has started her journey as a mindfulness and meditation trainer sharing inner peace to people from all over the world. She has guided over 300 sessions and led workshops in Spain, Cyprus, Hungary, Serbia, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Croatia, Romania and India. In January 2018, Agnija conducted 3 workshops about meditation and creativity at Hyderabad Literary Festival in India raising a great interest about meditation in relation to enhancing creativity. Agnija believes in the power of goodness and loves to inspire others on their journey to inner peace and happiness. Agnija is currently based in Riga, Latvia.
