Habakkuk Parker is a visionary leader committed to driving meaningful change through advocacy, education, youth development, and peace building initiatives across Liberia and beyond.
Habakkuk is a trained Peace Architect under World Peace Initiative Foundation in Thailand. He currently serves as the Peace Architect at Monrovia Peace Club, where he promotes the ideal of Inner Peace through Mindfulness and Meditation. As Peace Advocate, he firmly believes that a peaceful world can be achieve through peaceful individuals.
In 2023, he partnered with ECOWAS Liberia through the Monrovia Peace Club to support orphanages in Margibi County, further expanding his humanitarian footprint.
Habakkuk is also the National Administrator and Program Director of Voices Liberia, he has introduced innovative programs and strengthened organizational systems that have attracted national and local partnerships.
Through his leadership, the institution continues to nurture a new generation of ethical, creative and transformative young leaders equipped to address Liberia’s leadership gaps and contribute to Africa’s future.
Through Voices Liberia’s programs, the institutions has trained over 5,000 students from more than 100+ educational institutions, providing them with practical public speaking skills, leadership development trainings, and creative arts exposure.
A significant portion of these beneficiaries are women reflecting Habakkuk’s strong commitment to gender inclusion and his strong belief in the power of women’s empowerment.
Throughout his life, Habakkuk has dedicated himself to volunteer service through teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation. His work continues to bridge ethical leadership gap and foster leaders of tomorrow, creating opportunities for individuals to learn, lead, and succeed.
