From November 12th to 15th 2019, Teaching Monk John will be visiting Latvia for the fourth time to share mindfulness and meditation in public meditation workshops. He will also take part at the Digital Freedom Festival in Riga on November 14th and 15th.

There will be four public meditation workshops organized at different venues in Riga:

November 13
14.00 - 16.00 Tools to discover your mission in life? at I-DEJAS MĀJA
18.00 - 19.30 Meditation and creativity: how to free the mind? at National Library of Latvia

November 14
19.00 - 21.00 Finding happiness through inner peace at Zikurāts

November 15
19.00 - 21.00 How to become a better version of yourself? at LU Dabas māja, Magnum hall

To sign up for each session, please fill the registration form that can be found at the Events section on Peace Revolution Latvia Facebook page. The sessions are free of charge (we welcome donations to cover the tour expenses).

Agnija is a certified meditation and mindfulness trainer, a writer and a peace activist. Having gained a Masters degree in Communication Science, she spent three years teaching English in Egypt, Latvia, Morocco, India and China. In 2015, she became actively involved in the World Peace Initiative Foundation and Peace Revolution; this opened her eyes to a happier and healthier life thanks to a daily practice of meditation. Since then she has started her journey as a mindfulness and meditation trainer sharing inner peace to people from all over the world. She has guided over 500 sessions and led workshops in Europe, India, Vietnam and New Zealand gathering more than 1000 people in total. Agnija believes in the power of goodness and loves to inspire others on their journey to inner peace and happiness. Agnija is currently based in Riga, Latvia.
