Mind Detox Holiday gathered 19 participants for a life-changing opportunity to escape from the life outside and return to the peace within in Pastoral Vadi Ecologic Life Farm in Fethiye, Turkey from September 1st to 4th.

The 4-day meditation retreat invited participants to practice meditation, mindfulness, and yoga, purify the mind and add more positivity to their life while being surrounded by natural beauty and enjoying healthy, organic food and relaxing accommodation.

Participants learnt to balance the mind and body being away from the busy, modern life and connecting to the pure nature within and outside.
