Thank you very much for the homework. By going through that I have realised that I have been missed out some of those points, so now i try to do it as part of my life. From today, I even started to recite mantra 'Om Mani Padme Hum' when I am not engaged in anything.

About the homeworks, it is interesting how the meditation practice mix with ordinary activities! Looking back, I think that one of the reasons I've never complained to take long walks was because I instinctively found a way to still my mind, and for a while tame the usual flow of thoughts. That's why today I sometimes enjoy meditating after running, which prepares me to do it.

About the question you asked: It's enough when you feel that you are being centered at your body. Don't worry about images or thoughts that happen to your mind.
It's not wrong if you fell more comfortable when you feel complete empty during the session. Just only observe your inner self simply and let yourself enjoy with your inner calmness is enough.
Don't worry about it. Everything will be better little by little. Please keep practicing meditation everyday.
