Program Outline

Week 1: Learn BMM & MEHD Diagram with exercises

Better ME Model (BMM) is a solution-based diagram with a holistic approach to help you get out of a trap and set life-goal realistically.

MEHD stands for Mind Empowerment and Habit Development which exhibits the 4 aspects of life from the Buddhist philosophy - Health, Love, Work, Happiness (HLWH) - with a practical tool to deal with each aspect effectively.

Week 2: Discuss Health & Happiness Aspects with workshop, games, and homework

5 Acts of self-discipline is a tip towards a building-block of your meditation practice.

5 Universal Goodnesses (UG5) will amplify the body and mind development to be healthy and happy.

DR.PHE stands for Discipline, Respect, Patience, Humility, and Empathy which make you admire yourself as another superhero in reality.

Week 3: How to Lucky in Game & Happy in Love

“4 Tips for a long-lasting relationship” is a magical yet applicable tool in a social distancing environment.

“4 stepping stones to improve work performance” is a key for job satisfaction and promotion.

I’m certified as meditation and mindfulness trainer by world peace initiative. I’m also certified as yoga instructor in India. I have many times experience of volunteering in japan and foreign country, because making people smile and happy that makes me happy as well so, I feel my purpose of life is making people truly happy from inside. “Happiness is always with me” this is my favorite words which I found through traveling. Especially I learned a lot of important things in life by doing volunteer in Philippines orphanage for 6 months. Happiness comes when we see the small happiness around us and be thankful to each of them. Be kind and love people whoever we meet, we will receive what we gave to others. Love yourself like you do to others. There are more things make you truly happy. I want to be a person who is always smiling and spread loving and kindness to others. I worked for local NGO in japan for 2 years after graduated college. My project was to manage scholarship program for students in Myanmar and Sri Lanka. Now I started my own project its call “Be Me project”. I wish to support many people to get to know more oneself and be who truly they are. I conduct meditation, yoga class for kids and adults and also oldies. Also, English class for kids and I share about my volunteering experience in the Philippines. I’m believing that if we can grow more self-love and be true oneself, people can care and love about others too!

Graduated in computer science in 2016 , Nary has been actively involved in using technology to connect people to education. Her research focused on studying people emotion and mental health through mobile interaction published in UbiComp 2016. Nary started to meditate since 2011, and got more serious about meditation in 2018 when she has started to meditate 2 hours everyday until now. She delivers things with sincerity, and true compassion. Business owners, start-up entrepreneurs, students, sportsmen who are prone to stress experienced immediate relief after her session. Nary believes in constant transformation and life-long learning, in which she is striving to develop herself and others through all possible means.

Domingo began to meditate in 2015, starting his career in psychology next year. Introduced by a Spaniard professor, he joined the Peace Revolution online self-development program. After finishing it, he attended his first meditation retreat in Thailand in the autumn of that same year, later becoming a Peace Coach and coaching people online all around the world, in English and Spanish. Domingo had the luck of attending his second, more profound training in Thailand in January 2019. Domingo is passionate about philosophy, values, anthropology, psychology and personal and spiritual development. His current professional life was focused on Human Resources and Teams Management, with more than five years of experience in corporations and multinational institutions, having participated and delivered conferences and seminars focused in topics such as project's management, coaching, stress, career, leadership, vocational support, self-awareness, or the nature of the conflict; in Germany, Spain, Egypt, Indonesia, Hungary, Singapore, or the United Kingdom among others. Domingo is a contributor for the development and purpose of life, oriented to people without forgetting the roots, which ventures to improve the way we live for sustainable development, equality and peace for the present and future in harmony within our global era. He is an active Taekwondo practitioner, and a Master's graduate at the International University Isabel I de Castilla.

Elvis is an empowering youth from Fiji in the Oceania Region. Having practiced meditation himself for over 3 years now, Elvis is passionate about peace education through conducting mindfulness programs, guiding meditation, youth empowerment and capacity building workshops in Asia and the Pacific. He has been involved in community development, youth and social work for the past 8 years and envisions sustainable development happening through self-empowered young people. He speaks English, Hindi and Native Fijian languages and likes meeting new people and enhance his knowledge on various cultures and at the same time, as a Mindfulness Trainer, share his knowledge on basic mindfulness practices.

Ieva Ugne Ulianskaite studied meditation directly from Thai Monks whose main activity is to practice meditation. Besides being qualified as meditation instructor by Dhamakaya meditation school, she is a part of an international meditation project carried by NGO "World Peace Initiative". "I am not a guru nor psychologist or life coach. Just a law graduate who did not follow regular career path. Personally meditation practice benefited my health and provided some answers that cannot be found on Google. Maybe this tool can be beneficial for you too. Let's meet to meditate."

Katia Kulyk is a certified meditation trainer with WPI Foundation and has taught meditation and yoga in Thailand, China, Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Serbia. Katia loves languages and speaks 6 including Mandarin Chinese. She has lived in China for 5 years and in Thailand for 2,5 years where she studied meditation with buddhist monks and conducted meditation retreats for people from all over the world. Recently she published her first novel in Ukrainian, called Laowai. It is about the life of foreigners in China and about dreams that come true.

She took courses on Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to deepen her understanding of the human mind, the science behind the brain and get familiar with practical tools. She also organizes and facilitates cultural and artistic events, where she shares her passion about poetry and Art in general. She created “The reunified poets’ society" a group that promotes exchange and sharing about art in general and poetry in particular.She travels a lot and likes to explore a lot, she can be anywhere in the world but when a real deep human connection is established, she always feels home.

Sara Prats was born in Barcelona, Spain. She discovered meditation through a Thai teacher doing retreats in Spain. She was 20 years old when she attended her first retreat of 9 days of meditation and silence. She never left the practice of the meditation since then. Sara studied Psychology as she has always been interested in discovering the depths of the human being, however, meditation gave her the clue to understand how to help people develop their mental health and fulfil their true potential. Fascinated by the nature of the mind through her meditation practice, she continued her studies doing a MA in Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Sciences in the University of Birmingham and became a Meditation and Mindfulness Trainer with World Peace Initiative. Sara is currently living, studying and working in the UK, where she aims to live a simple life and nurture her connection with nature in the countryside. To deepen her understanding between human nature and the Divine, she is studying a BA of Divinity at the University of London. Sara is also a Peace Coach since 2016 and became a certified Yoga teacher in 2019. Sara loves sharing her self-development path with other people who are looking for ways to live their lives more fully.
