Coach of the month: October 2021
The practice of meditation came at a very important time in my life. I was finishing my master's degree and was going to start my Phd. This is a phase in which all people suffer a lot, because there is a very strong psychological pressure for the student to be productive and creative all the time. Thanks to meditation I was able to face the challenges of this phase without major psychological consequences. Through meditation I understood the academic reality as it is and managed not to get lost in the pressure of productivity. I finished my process in peace, satisfied and happy. Beyond this specific situation, meditation has helped me along all personal and professional challenges. This practice made me more resilient and strong, and now I find myself more mature to deal with any kind of situation that may arise.
